Avocado wood charcuterie
Wisconsin, not even the tropical
southern part of the state, has never really been known for its avocado orchards. At all. Apples, yes.
Future guacamole, no.
So when I stumbled across a pallet of avocado wood from an orchard pruning project out in sunny CA.,
I stopped and thought about it.
Each piece is unique, and has its own soul. Handcrafted by master craftsmen, following ancient traditions.
