Each board is built by hand. Design. Pick the wood. Mill it. Now it's time for an edge grain panel glueup. Then it gets cross cut. The pieces get a 90° turn and some glue and back in the clamps. Now it's an end grain board in the rough. Sanding time. Oil. And done. Some stress and maybe a few mistakes mixed in throughout.
